New painting just finished "Clydebank Blitz". Acrylic on canvas 80cm x 30cm.

After 2 nights of bombing during WW2  only 7 houses remained undamaged from 12,000 in Clydebank and 48,000 people were made homeless. Official figures were 528 people dead 617 seriously injured. Newspaper reports about Clydebank were censored by the British government during the war.

African Mask (work in progress)

Not posted anything in a while so thought I would give a wee update. Working on a few things at the moment...this is a painting I am doing inspired by an African mask I have....not finished just working away at it as well as several other paintings I am currently working on (which I will post shortly). Also attempting some lino prints! so will see how they turn out.

Naked Lady Abstract

 New painting just finished.......i think! Laura's been getting on at me to do a new one for the living room wall as I sold our last one at Artfusion. So its up for the moment but might add a few wee bits to it and varnish it. Would like to get it framed (would love to get all my paintings framed if I could afford it!).

Not the best photos as there is a metalic gold paint used which doesn't show up well in the photos.
